FLOX is a community design and strategy studio that supports philanthropic institutions and social impact organizations to co-design meaningful gatherings, networks & initiatives for change.
Using facilitation FLOX engages progressive leaders to conduct community engaged strategic planning and collaboratively design member engagement models, grantee & partner convenings and staff retreats. Rooted in black feminist theory, Afrofuturism, and social justice, FLOX is on a mission to reweave communities one conversation at a time.
